Buti is a high intensity yoga based workout done to fun, upbeat music. Buti sends your chakras spinning wild! Buti yoga inspired by primal movements, tribal dance and ancient yoga techniques. Buti yoga is defined as “a tribe of empowered women who support each other in their quest for health and happiness.” Come check it out!

HIIT Fit Class

A mix of kickboxing, muay thai and plyometrics called HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training. It is both impact and cardio based and is held in one of the heated yoga rooms to the background of high intensity music.

Senior Yoga

How do we age gracefully with strength, flexibility and balance? Find out in our senior yoga class. The One Tree senior class is a foundational class dedicated to people who are over 50. This class focuses on maintaining and improving your strength, flexibility, and mobility through standing or seated yoga poses. 

Yoga students learn how to use tools such as blocks and straps to enhance the yoga experience. Soft music is played in the background along with dimmed lights providing the whole yoga studio experience. This is a non-hot class, set at room temperature.
