ONE TREE HOT YOGA

60 minutes
One Tree Hot Yoga (class) is a vinyasa flow style yoga class that is heated up to 105 degrees. The temperature of each class can vary within a few degrees.
Our signature class is intended to serve any body that comes into our studio with the use of props and modifications as well as the knowledge and experience of our instructors. We encourage all students to practice yoga in a way that empowers them and is safe and appropriate for their body.
Accessibility: Rooms will have a variation of lighting from dim to bright lights, depending on instructor. Each of our two rooms has one full wall of mirrors which students practice facing. Our larger room as one exit door in the middle, back of the room. Our smaller room as two exit doors, one of each side of the room.
Students are welcome to use the wall and/or installed barre for balance and support.
ONE TREE HOT YOGA (WARM)

60 minutes
This WARM version of our signature yoga class is a vinyasa flow style that is heated between 80-85 degrees. The temperature of each class can vary within a few degrees.
Due to the decreased heat, we feel this is a wonderful introductory class for first timers, beginners or those who need to re-acclimate to heat. This also creates an environment where students can direct more energy into postures without the demand of a 'hot' room.
Our signature class is intended to serve any body that comes into our studio with the use of props and modifications as well as the knowledge and experience of our instructors. We encourage all students to practice yoga in a way that empowers them and is safe and appropriate for their body.

YIN YOGA

60 minutes
Yin yoga is a very gentle form of yoga with long-held poses that are supported with a range of props including bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, the wall and sometimes other props. Yin yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation. It effects the deeper tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks throughout the body. Poses are held for a longer time so that our tissues reform and become stronger, thicker, and longer. Yin poses may also effect acupressure points and meridian lines. Mental, physical and emotional benefits will come from practicing yin yoga. Yin Yoga is done in a cool room (70-75 degrees), so please feel free to wear an extra layer of clothing to remain comfortable. Suitable for expectant mothers and those with limited mobility.

BARRE

45-60 minutes
Barre is an intense strength-building class that sequentially works every muscle group in the body, developing muscular endurance through repetition of small movements. Similar to yoga, there is a focus on form and posture to safely execute movements. The class begins with a warmup then stimulates the upper body, the lower body, and the core using props and the barre throughout. Instructors offer multiple level options for each exercise, making barre appropriate for many levels of fitness and ability. Class is usually hot unless notated differently on the schedule. Lighting may be dim to bright depending on instructor. Music is typically upbeat with a medium to loud volume.

ONE TREE HOT YOGA CORE

60 minutes
One Tree Hot Yoga-Core is a blend of our signature class (below) and core strengthening postures and movements. Borrowing ideas and techniques from Pilates, traditional strength training and corrective exercise, this class helps to balance strength from all along the spine and its surrounding tissues. In addition to props used in a classic yoga class, students may use pilates balls, foam rollers, small kickballs and more. H.I.I.T. / SCULPT

45 minutes
HIIT Sculpt is a heated strength training based class. Class is 45 minutes long and may include weights, resistance bands and other props such as Swiss balls, pilates balls, sliders and more. Instructors offer multiple level options for each exercise, making HIIT/Sculpt an appropriate for many levels of fitness and ability. Lighting may be dim to bright depending on instructor. Music is typically upbeat with a medium to loud volume.

MOBILITY + RECOVERY

60 minutes
The intention of this not-hot class is to help treat the fascia (connective tissues), decrease pain, reconnect with tissue in the body, strengthen the mind-body connection and promote the health of whole-body systems.
This class uses a variety of tools and props including; foam rollers, fascia (or accu pressure) balls, small and medium air-filled balls, resistance bands, weights, blocks, straps, walls and more. Connective tissue treatments will be gentle or moderately intense. Other methods of instruction include corrective exercise and joint end range training.
This class will be cooled. You may be comfortable with an extra layer on.

ASHTANGA PRIMARY

60 minutes
The guided Ashtanga Primary Series is a traditional set of 78 poses (Sun Salutations, Standing Sequence, Seated Sequence, Closing Sequence) that will build the foundation of your asana practice and help you link your breath more deeply with your movement. The practice dates back to Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, complied over two thousand years ago, and is known throughout the world today. Poses range from simple to complex, and prop use is encouraged at One Tree. Because the sequence uses repetition and builds on itself from one pose to the next, this class is ideal for beginners through experienced practitioners. The Primary Series is a great way to track your progress, strengthen your foundation, or find comfort and meditation in the sequence’s familiarity and global community. Guided Ashtanga is a hot class. We encourage all students to practice yoga in a way that empowers them and is safe and appropriate for their body.

HOT YOGA FIT

AERIAL YOGA

60 minutes
* Aerial yoga is not currently available on our schedule, however, we still offer private Aerial classes and lessons upon request. Please contact for more information and to schedule a private lesson or class.
Learn the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga using the silks as a prop throughout the class. Aerial Yoga is a great addition to your practice by providing extra support for deeper stretching, better spatial awareness, core stabilization and stress relief. With Aerial yoga, you will find yourself entering inversions, backbends and other poses that otherwise might be intimidating on the mat. Increase your upper body and core strength in this fun and interactive class. Motion sickness? Don't worry. We will easily stabilize your hammock if you prefer. Aerial Yoga is done in a cool room (70-75 degrees). We recommend that you wear fitted clothing with full length bottoms to avoid clothes becoming tangled in the fabric or abrasion on the skin. Please leave jewelry at home.
