HOT YOGA

60 minutes
At One Tree Hot Yoga, no two classes are exactly alike — and that’s what makes our studio special. Each of our experienced instructors creates their own class name and description, giving you a personal insight into the flow, energy, and intention behind the practice. This approach allows every teacher to share their unique style, voice, and vision, so you’ll know exactly how you can expect to feel when you step off your mat. Whether you’re seeking deep relaxation, a powerful sweat, improved flexibility, or a mental reset, you’ll find a class that speaks to your needs. Our variety means there’s always something fresh, inspiring, and perfectly suited to where you are on your yoga journey.

REST, RESTORE, EXPLORE

60 minutes
An early way to start the day with a clean slate. Class sequencing is set up to help students relax physically and emotionally. Expect a slower series of sequencing, where you may hold poses longer than you thought you could. This class also uses a variety of props to help students experience the support and care they need in this world. Come rest with us.

Decompression Session & Movement Recode

Movement Recode & Decompression Session
These innovative, non-yoga movement classes are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live with greater ease.
Movement Recode focuses on reprogramming your body’s movement patterns by strengthening and stabilizing key muscle groups—especially the posterior chain. Through mindful, ground-based exercises and intentional movement practices, you’ll improve mobility, stability, and overall functionality. The goal is to help you move with more confidence, efficiency, and freedom in your daily life.
Decompression Session blends gentle, functional exercises with breath work and restorative techniques to promote mobility, flexibility, and strength while activating your body’s natural relaxation response. This class supports recovery, relieves tension, and restores balance—ideal for athletes, active individuals, or anyone looking to release stress and feel rejuvenated.
Together, these classes offer a holistic approach to movement, combining strength, mobility, and relaxation so you can feel your best—inside and out.

RELAX & RESTORE

60 minutes
Yin yoga is a very gentle form of yoga with long-held poses that are supported with a range of props including bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps, the wall and sometimes other props. Yin yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation. It effects the deeper tissues, ligaments, joints and deep fascial networks throughout the body. Poses are held for a longer time so that our tissues reform and become stronger, thicker, and longer. Yin poses may also effect acupressure points and meridian lines. Mental, physical and emotional benefits will come from practicing yin yoga. Yin Yoga is done in a cool room (70-75 degrees), so please feel free to wear an extra layer of clothing to remain comfortable. Suitable for expectant mothers and those with limited mobility.

HOT BARRE/POWER BARRE

45-60 minutes
Barre is an intense strength-building class that sequentially works every muscle group in the body, developing muscular endurance through repetition of small movements. Similar to yoga, there is a focus on form and posture to safely execute movements. The class begins with a warmup then stimulates the upper body, the lower body, and the core using props and the barre throughout. Instructors offer multiple level options for each exercise, making barre appropriate for many levels of fitness and ability. Class is usually hot unless notated differently on the schedule. Lighting may be dim to bright depending on instructor. Music is typically upbeat with a medium to loud volume.

Pilates Sculpt

45 minutes
A dynamic mat-based workout that blends classical Pilates precision with modern sculpting techniques—set to a curated playlist designed to keep you moving and motivated.
Expect high reps, light weights, cardio bursts, and deep core engagement to build strength, tone muscles, and elevate your heart rate.
This is your go-to class for powerful movement, functional strength, and full-body burn—no reformer required.

H.I.I.T. / SCULPT

45 minutes
HIIT Sculpt is a heated strength training based class. Class is 45 minutes long and may include weights, resistance bands and other props such as Swiss balls, pilates balls, sliders and more. Instructors offer multiple level options for each exercise, making HIIT/Sculpt an appropriate for many levels of fitness and ability. Lighting may be dim to bright depending on instructor. Music is typically upbeat with a medium to loud volume.

Hot Yoga Fit is a blend of yoga and strength training. Class is 45 minutes long and may include weights, resistance bands and other props such as Swiss balls, pilates balls, sliders and more. Instructors offer multiple level options for each exercise, making Hot Yoga Fit an appropriate for many levels of fitness and ability. Lighting may be dim to bright depending on instructor. Music is typically upbeat with a medium to loud volume.

AERIAL YOGA

60 minutes
Aerial Yoga is currently only available in private lesson formate. Learn the fundamentals of Aerial Yoga using the silks as a prop throughout the class. Aerial Yoga is a great addition to your practice by providing extra support for deeper stretching, better spatial awareness, core stabilization and stress relief. With Aerial yoga, you will find yourself entering inversions, backbends and other poses that otherwise might be intimidating on the mat. Increase your upper body and core strength in this fun and interactive class. Motion sickness? Don't worry. We will easily stabilize your hammock if you prefer. Aerial Yoga is done in a cool room (70-75 degrees). We recommend that you wear fitted clothing with full length bottoms to avoid clothes becoming tangled in the fabric or abrasion on the skin. Please leave jewelry at home.

Move Strong

Move Strong is a full-body training experience that blends the best of resistance work with dumbbells, targeted mobility exercises, and functional strength training. You’ll lift to build lean muscle, move to increase joint range of motion, and finish feeling strong, capable, and ready for anything life throws your way. Whether you’re looking to enhance your yoga practice, boost athletic performance, or simply feel better in your body, this class delivers power, mobility, and resilience — all in one.
Perfect for all levels — we’ll offer modifications so you can challenge yourself safely.
